How To Reach

Tamil Nadu lies on the southern most point of India. The state shares its borders with the states of Karnataka to the northwest, Kerala to the west, Andhra Pradesh to the north, Bay of Bengal to the east and surrounds the Union Territory of Pondicherry. Tamil Nadu has an extensive domestic flight network from major cities of the state to the rest of the country. Tamil Nadu is a part of the Southern Railways and the state’s railways form an extensive web of intra state rail network through the length and breadth of the state. Also, the railways provide train services to all other parts of the country including West Bengal, New Delhi, Punjab, Jammu And Kashmir and Assam as well as to and from the neighbouring states of the south. It provides a unique experience travelling through to Tamil Nadu by train. Tamil Nadu’s road system encompasses about 1.70 lakh km. 1. Ooty

Often referred to as Queen of hill stations, Ooty is one of the best hill stations in India and among the top places to visit in Tamilnadu. Ooty is situated at a distance of 265 km from Bangalore.

At an altitude of 7,440 feet, Ooty was a popular summer retreat for the British during colonial days. The rolling hills, lush green vegetation, and misty landscapes attract a large number of tourists to this hill station.
